If you cancel your hotel booking within the free cancellation period, there will be no cancellation fee.
Tour and Customized Tour Packages:
If you cancel your tour or customized tour package, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the tour operator or the third-party vendor providing the service. ClickJETRadar LTD will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the tour operator or the third-party vendor cancels the tour or customized tour package, we will inform you and assist you in getting a refund or an alternative tour.
Car Bookings:
If you cancel your car booking, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the car rental company. ClickJETRadar LTD will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you cancel your car booking within the free cancellation period, there will be no cancellation fee.
Visa Services:
If your visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate, ClickJETRadar LTD will refund the visa processing fee. However, we will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred due to the rejection of the visa application. If you cancel your visa application, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the embassy or consulate.
General Terms and Conditions:
All cancellation requests must be made through ClickJETRadar LTD by email, phone or our website. The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is received and approved. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used to make the payment. ClickJETRadar LTD reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of ClickJETRadar LTD will be final and binding.
